Good camera and for the price you can’t beat it. We are using it to check on our dog while at work. The image is clear and the sound quality when the talk function is used is very good.

This baby works well and has a great picture quality. I bought this in order to keep an eye on my furbaby. The motion detection works well but scared me a few times when it said person detected. My dog was on the top part of the couch and I literally thought someone had entered my house. But figured out it was just him. It has a good range of recording capabilities The design is small and easily fits on my TV stand. We had a mini earthquake enough to shake it off the stand and it did not crack or scratch the lens. You can tap to talk or call and speak to your dog, cat, partner, child, bird or whatever you use it for. I check in on my dog often and even show ppl what he is doing. A few of my coworkers requested me to send them the item and they purchased it for their pets as well. Most of the time he is sleeping. You can also take a picture. I opt not to subscribe to offer of saving the recordings on a chip or sending it to my cloud. You do have to reset it every 45 days if you do not subscribe but for me that is not a big deal I am saving money. I am using it to make sure my furbaby is ok I do not need a history of recording him sleeping or playing with his toys while I am working. Great purchase, quality and value for your money. It has slightly increased in price since I have purchased it but still reasonable and affordable. The pic on my review is my dog on my couch when the person detection went off.

They aren’t the same quality of a Kasa cameras and they don’t give you some of the same options as the Kasa cameras but for an alternative it works, they work.
I do like being able to view my Kasa cameras as well as my new Tapo TP Link cameras all on the same app.
I have my cameras in the window facing out.
I have outside security cameras, eight of them, but still, there were some dead spots simply due to the design of my house.
My system came with eight cameras but I was told I really needed 10 but the price of the two additional cameras were just prohibitive for me. On a whim I decided to try one of my concert cameras in the window and to my surprise it worked perfectly so that was it for me.
The pictures attached are from my camera in the window. Granted the Tappo cameras don’t give me the option to turn off the night vision so my night view isn’t the best especially since I have a screen on the window and there is also a light outside installed by my power company but if anything happens the perpetrator will have to move closer to the house, and therefore my security cameras will pick it up

A good quality home security system. Night vision out of a window is a bit wonky and doesn’t really work.
Recording and notifications are very spot on and super helpful
